As outlined in Quality of Care Regulations, nursing homes are required to provide nursing and related services and ensure each resident attains or maintains their highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. The current climate based on 2020 has changed the game in a variety of ways. Facilities must adapt to these changes and move forward with successful and compliant programs with fewer resources.
The Presentation will provide:
- Detailed review of the RAI User’s Manual criteria for restorative nursing
- Sample models for establishing a restorative nursing program
- Sample policies and procedures for training, tracking and Quality Assurance
Following participation in the webinar, the attendee will be able to:

- Define the best way to navigate the myriad of daily challenges and obstacles this 2020 imposed
- How we can develop, implement and maintain a robust restorative nursing program that meets its obligation and brings significant benefit to both resident and staff
